This position is responsible for scheduling, safety, training, attendance, meeting production deadlines and efficiencies.

The successful candidate requires the following skills and abilities:

Possess overall seafood knowledge of fresh, exotic fish, shellfish & frozen products
Familiar with customer orders
Awareness of all cut-off times for all shipping
Proven ability to complete assembly P.O.
Have adequate computer skills
Passionate about Teamwork
Demonstrated initiative and committed to both internal and external customer service
Strong communication skills required
