- Very buttery texture, rich and salty, with a
sweet, mildly fruity finish
- Cultured in Baynes Sound, BC
- Preferred size for raw half shell use

accompanying shellfish tag
Handling & Storage
- Store in cooler 1º to 4º C, covered with a wet cloth, ice, and allow water to
drain
- Keep accompanying shellfish tag on file for 90 days
