Handling & Storage
- Refreshed fillets have less elasticity due to having been frozen, so careful handling is a must
- Always pick up and support the fillet with two hands
- Process immediately and store well-iced. Avoid leaving product sitting in ice melt. Re-ice daily
- Minimum shelf life is 3 days from delivery
