- The lean meat has a delicate, nutty, sweet flavor
- Snapper is the most widely used local finfish
- Fillets are approximately 3 to 7 ounces each
Handling & Storage
- Keep product well iced, between 1º to 4°C in the cooler
- Allow water to drain, avoid direct contact with water
- Minimum shelf life is 3 days from delivery
