Cooking Tips
- Generally, cook char as you would trout
- The flavor is much milder than that of salmon
- The high fat content keeps char moist
- Best suited for sautéing, broiling, baking, or
grilling
- Cook with skin on, but remove skin before
serving, as it will be tough
